Commodity Cables LLC is a family-owned wire and cable company headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia. Since 2001, we have supplied contractors, integrators, and distributors who cannot afford jobsite delays or wrong-spec material. We are big enough to stock and ship nationwide, and small enough that the person who picks up the phone knows your account and your job.
Commodity Cables opened in 2001 as a manufacturer-representative business. As customers pushed for better pricing, availability, and lead times, we moved into private labeling with domestic manufacturers, and today we manufacture a portion of our own product line as well. Each step came from the same conversation with buyers: get me the right material, at a fair price, without the wait.
Ownership has stayed in the family through every one of those transitions. Many of the distributors and contractors who ordered from us in our first decade still order from us today, some for 15 years or more.
