Craig Williams serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Commodity Cables, bringing more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and business growth.
Throughout his career, Craig has helped organizations scale operations, improve profitability, execute acquisitions, and develop data-driven strategies that support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Commodity Cables, Craig held leadership positions with multinational organizations, where he specialized in operational improvement, financial strategy, business transformation, and cross-functional leadership. His experience spans manufacturing, logistics, global sourcing, and process optimization, providing a unique perspective on helping customers navigate complex supply chain and procurement challenges.
Craig holds an Executive MBA in Global Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He is passionate about building strong customer relationships, developing innovative product strategies, optimizing supply chains, and helping customers solve complex wire and cable sourcing challenges.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys traveling, following soccer, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.
Ian Dobbins serves as Chief Financial Officer of Commodity Cables, bringing more than 25 years of experience across finance, supply chain, and operations within durable goods and consumer packaged goods organizations.
Throughout his career, Ian has led business transformation initiatives focused on strengthening financial and operational performance, implementing labor-saving technologies, optimizing business processes, improving organizational visibility, reducing costs, and enhancing cash flow. At Commodity Cables, he works across finance, sales, and operations to improve efficiency and support sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining Commodity Cables, Ian served as Senior Director of Supply Chain at KIK Consumer Products, supporting the Bio-Lab and Prestone businesses. In this role, he led initiatives involving production planning, transportation, global systems alignment, organizational restructuring, and talent development. He also served as Vice President of Shared Services for an independent private equity manager, where he supported the successful integration of multiple acquisitions.
Ian holds several professional certifications, including Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Demand Driven Professional (CDDP), and NASBA Data Analytics and Visualization (DAV).
Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years. Together, they volunteer with local organizations and enjoy outdoor activities and the arts.
With 12 years of experience in the wire and cable industry, Jonathan brings a proven combination of sales leadership, manufacturing expertise, and customer-focused business development. His career has been built around driving revenue, developing strategic relationships, and delivering solutions that create measurable value for customers and organizations.
Jonathan takes a consultative, solutions-driven approach to sales, focusing on understanding each customer’s business, identifying challenges and opportunities, and developing strategies that support their goals. His manufacturing background provides him with a unique perspective on the technical and operational side of the industry, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between customer needs, product capabilities, and practical solutions.
He is passionate about building high-value relationships, developing new business, expanding strategic opportunities, and turning complex challenges into sustainable growth. Jonathan brings a results-oriented mindset, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to building long-term partnerships that drive value and success for both customers and organizations.
Outside of his professional career, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, getting out on the golf course, and cheering on the University of Michigan Wolverines. He values the time spent with family and friends.
